Choosing between a lucrative job or doing your own business

So basically, choosing between a fancy job with lots of money and starting your own business is like picking between two different kinds of candy. 

One candy is super sweet and yummy, but you have to follow all the rules to get it, and you might not get to choose your favorite flavor. 

The other candy lets you make your own flavors and eat as much as you want, but it's a bit tricky to make and might not always taste perfect. So, it's like deciding if you want a tasty candy that's easy to get or if you want to make your own special candy adventure.
